Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial attitudes towards financial management behavior and satisfaction. The object of this research is the head of the family in Ajibarang Kulon Village who has been married for at least 5 years, is able to manage finances well and has an established income. The sampling method in this study uses Insidental Sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that financial literacy partially has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial attitudes have a negative and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management satisfaction. Financial attitude has a negative and significant effect on financial management satisfaction. Financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial management satisfaction. Financial literacy on financial management satisfaction can be mediated by financial management behavior. While financial attitudes towards financial management satisfaction can be mediated by financial management behavior.
