The Final Project Report aims to explain the Procedure for Submission Determination and Payment of Work Accident Assurance for Non-Wage Recipient Workers at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilacap. The procedure used was guided by Government Regulation Number 44 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Work Accident Assurance and Death Assurance for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Data collection methods used are interview and literature study methods. Based on the observations during the Field Work activities, in the implementation of submissions, determination, and payments for Work Accident Assurance for Non-Wage Recipient Workers in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilacap are in accordance with procedures established according to Government Regulation Number 44 of 2015 and BPJS Directors Regulation Number : PERDIR / 13/06/2016 on Technical Guidelines for Work Accident Assurance Programs and Death Assurance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
