This study aims to analyze the influence of earning per share, net profit margin, return on equity and sales growth on the share price. This research uses secondary dat in the form of financial statements of companies listed and active on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study was a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sempel collection was done by purposive sampling technique and obtained sempel as many as 41 companies with 140 annual report data as observation material. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study showed that eaning per share has a positive and significant effect on the share price, while net profit margin, return on equity and sales growth have no positive and significant effect on the share price.
