Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality variables, consumer trust and advertising on customer satisfaction of J&T Purwokerto branch. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling with a population of 110 people. This study took the subject at J&T Purwokerto branch. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and advertising has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
