Abstract

This research use quantitative research for knowing the factors that affect on the level of community participation. The population on this research used primary data, that is community participation in pengadegan district, Purbalingga. The sample technique used purposive sampling, consisting of 9 villages in Pengadegan district, Purbalingga. Data analysis ttechnique used multiple linear regression. The research results indicated that accountability of village allocation fund financial management and village policy has no effect on the level of community participation on the us village funds, while village institutions has positive effect towards the level of community participation on the use village funds.
