Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of organizational variables, work discipline and satisfaction on village development performance in the Banyumas District. This type of research was quantitative research. Sampling in this study used proportional stratified random sampling with a sample of 105 people. This study look the subject in a village in the District of Banyumas. The data analysis technique used was multiple liniear regression analysis test. The results of the data analysis show that organizational variables have not significant to the village office, work discipline was significant to the village office and work satisfaction was significant to the village office. Based on the results of data analysis, the job satisfaction variable was the most superior to the performance of village officials in Banyumas District.
