Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture, physical work environment and compensation toward employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used saturated samples or census methods with a number of sample was 94 respondents. This research took PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, TbkWitel Purwokerto as a subject. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture, physical work environment and compensation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance while transformational leadership style have no significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the organizational culture variables that most influence the performance of employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Purwokerto.
