Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction and product innovation on customer loyalty. (Study on Waroenk Ora Umum Purwokerto Customers). Determination of the number of samples through non-probability sampling techniques, especially purposive sampling, as many as 97 respondents. This research was conducted in the city of Purwokerto. The results of the analysis prove that service quality, customer satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in public organizations in the city of Purwokerto. While product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in public organizations in the city of Purwokerto.
