Abstract

Mathematical procedural knowledge is knowledge about steps in solving mathematical problems. This study aims to describe mathematical procedural knowledge in terms of student learning styles. This type of research is aqualitative descriptive study. The subject of the study was class VIII D of SMP Negeri 2 Kedungbanteng. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling by taking 3 students visual learning style, 3 auditory learning style students and 3 kinesthetic learning style students. Data collection uses tests, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman models which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed: students' mathematical procedural knowledge with visual learning styles were able to present mathematical models of a real problem in table form, mathematical procedural knowledge of students with auditory learning styles capable of presenting mathematical models of a real problem in writing with appropriate, and mathematical procedural knowledge of students with kinesthetic learning styles capable of presenting mathematical models of real problems in writing correctly.
