Abstract

This researc aimed to figure out the effect of working conflict,organization culture, and working discipline toward employees' performance at CIMB Niaga Bank of Purwokerto. This study used random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is regression analysis. Based on regression analysis of t test and F test, it obtained that working conflict and working discipline partially had significant effect on the employees' performance, while organization culture partially had not significant effect on the employees'performance. The working conflict, organization culture, and working discipline affected simultaneously on the employees' performance.
