Abstract

This study aimed to obtain each variable on the effect analysis of customer experience, customer value, trust, and commitment toward Joglokrto Train customer loyalty. This quantitative research used non probability sampling technique obtained by purposive sampling, determined by certain criterias. The population in this research is the passangers of Joglokerto Train with samples are 103 respondents. Research methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient determination, and hypothesis test. The result shown that as partial customer experience, customer value, trust, and commitment have significantly positive effect toward customer loyalty. Furthermore, also shown that customer experience, customer value,trust, and commitment simultaneously have significant effect toward customer loyalty in the amount of 69,5%.
