Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction on Brand Loyalty Study on Consumers of Drinking Water In AQUA Brand Growth Package in Environment University Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive impact on Brand Loyalty. Partially Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Brand Loyalty variable, While Brand Image Variables partially no significant positive effect on Brand Loyalty Variables.
