Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of Brand Image Influence, Satisfaction and Customer Confidence Against Customer Loyalty Smartphone brand Samsung study on students of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Satisfaction and Customer Confidence Against Customer Loyalty. The number of samples in use as many as 107 respondents Smartphone brand Samsung users. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique, analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Confidence partially there is a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty. And simultaneously variable Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Confidence, simultaneous influence on Customer Loyalty.
