Abstract

Karsidi, 2018 Thesis, Study Program of Language Education and Literature of Indonesia Postgraduate Proram Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The research entitled "The Influence of Remidial Learning with Peer Tutor Method on Learning Achievement of Indonesian Subjects of Grade VI Students Cluster Widya Satria Pekuncen District Lesson Year 2017/2018". This study aims to determine the effect of remidial application of peer tutor methods on the learning achievement of Indonesian Language Subjects in Grade VI students Widya Satria Pekuncen District. After doing research, the achievement of Indonesian learning in experimental group of Widya Satria cluster which has followed the application of remedial learning with peer tutor method on average has increased. Prior to the remedial method, the students achieved less than 70 values. And after the implementation of remedial learning was done, the students' grades on the Widya Satria Cluster were at an average score of 80 with the category of high score. There is a positive and significant influence on the application of remedial learning to the students' learning achievement of Indonesian students in the experimental group of Widya Satria Group Pekuncen Subdistrict. This is measured based on the results of data analysis, that obtained the product moment correlation test results where r arithmetic = 0,285 ≥ 0,251 r table. Then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the correlation of the two variables / coefficient of determination (KD) of 62,6%. Furthermore, the calculation results obtained t-arithmetic = 0,05 While the t-table with the 5% confidence level, then t-arithmetic ≥ t-table, which means H_0 is rejected and H_1 received. The meaning of the proposed hypothesis is accepted, that there is a positive and significant influence on the application of remedial learning with peer tutor methods on learning achievement in Indonesian subjects achieved by the experimental group of Cluster Widya Satria.
