Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the correlation between qualitative factors of personality assessment of the competence of students faculty and student attendance for the graduation of students. The study was conducted in December 2011. The writer used Fuzzy quantification theory to find out the qualitative factors of the competency assessment of student teachers represented a linguistic personality: very good, not good, normal, good and very good, or the value is said to be fuzzy. Therefore used quantitative methods to explain the fuzzy value into the range of values is [0 1]. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the most influential personality of a lecturer on the value end of the student is a factor of personal authority as a lecturer, is evidenced by the additional weight and authority as a contribution of personal factors lecturer at y = 2.689 and an additional contribution for 0.192.
