Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out effect of the Islamic bank product, promotion and service facility to word the decision of Non-Muslim to be the customer of Islamic bank. The data used in this research were primary data namely questionnaire given to the respondents (non- Muslim customers) of Islamic bank in Purwokerto. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling homely sampling technique based the determined criteria by the research. The sample used in this research was 95 persons of non-Muslim customers who had ben the customer of Islamic bank for more than 6 months. The analysis method was multiple linier regression with the help of SPSS 16. The result of research showed that simultaneously the independent variables affected to the non- Muslim decision with the significant level 0,000. While partially, the t-test showed that the most variable products of the Islamic bank was 0,479, the second was facilities with 0,299 and the least was promotion with 0,191.
