Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the quality of service and taxpayer’s attitude has significant effect toward individual taxpayer’s compliance reporting in KPP Pratama area Cilacap Regency either by partial or simultaneously. The population of the research was individual taxpayers who does business activities in Cilacap Regency. The samples taken through a purposive sampling method. The total samples based on purposive sampling method as much as 55 peoples. The method to collect the primer data used a questionnaire. Using the tehnique multiple linear regression, the result of research showed that the quality of service and taxpayer’s attitude simultaneously have an effect toward individual taxpayer’s compliance reporting. In partial, quality of service have a positive effect toward individual taxpayer’s compliance reporting while taxpayer’s attitude haven’t effect toward individual taxpayer’s compliance reporting.
