Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety needed to get attention in all of works
construction. The research was aimed to observe the effect of occupational health
and safety to the productivity. Questionnaire was spread to all of the labors in
boring PT. Putra Siliwangi Darajat. The analysis done was double linear
regression with hypothesis tests (F test and t test) with SPSS version 17. The
research showed that health of work affected significantly to the working
performance.
