Abstract

This research entitles The Effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Koperasi Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) Employees’ Motivation in Purwokerto. The aim of research is to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational culture on Koperasi Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) employees’ motivation. The research data were collected through questionnaire to 40 respondents KOPATA employees using census method which all employees knew respondents response to each variable. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis that proved research hypothesis. The data that complied validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, were processed to obtain multiple linear regression equality. The result concludes that compensation, work environment, and organizational culture effect Koperasi Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) employees’ motivation positively. The hypothesis test using t-test shows that the tested variables of compensation, work environment, and organizational culture significantly proven effect employees’ work motivation variable.
