Abstract

This research was aimed at testing: 1) the significant influence of product variable, service and location simultaneously toward customers, 2) the significant influence of product variable toward customers' satisfaction, and 4) the significant influence of location variable toward customers' satisfaction. The dependent variable in this research was customers' satisfaction while the independent variables in this research were product, service, and location. The population of this research was the customers' of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto. The samples in this research were obtained using questionnaire distributed directly to customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto. The total of the samples was decided by accidental sampling formula, therefore there were 100 customers in total as the samples. This test is done using multiple regression analysis. The result of F test (simultaneously) with the result of p-value 0.000 value less than 0,05 and Fcount > Ftable is 24,386> 2,47 which means that product, service and location variables simultaneously affect customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto. The result of t test (partially) shows that: 1) product variables partially influence the satisfaction of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto with tcount (2,354)> ttable (1,985) and p-value 0,021 smaller than 0,05, 2) variable Service influence partially to the satisfaction of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto with value of tcount (2,591)> ttable (1,985) and p-value 0,011 smaller than 0,05, and 3) location variable partially influence to customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto The value of tcount (2,172)> ttable (1,985) with p-value 0,032 is smaller than 0,05.
