Background:. One of the drug distribution system to support the hospital
pharmacy service is One Day Dose Dispensing (ODDD). Excellence ODDD
system is a complete inventory of drug distribution in one room, there is a profile
for the treatment of patients, where the pharmacist has the responsibility for
providing drug information and monitoring perpasien medicine inpatients in the
hospital, so it can improve patient compliance
Research Methods: This research is a descriptive analytic study with crosssectional
research design and data captured prospectively.
Results: ODDD system has significant impact on patients taking medication
adherence (14 670 F count> F table value of 4:41) and system timeliness ODDD
affect drug administration (t count (9771)> t table (1.697).
Conclusion: There is influence between systems in hospitals Setjonegoro
Wonosobo ODDD patient takes the medication adherence.
