Thypoid fever is a global healthy problem that important and must have
attention specially. In emergent disease which 95% is case careway but the real
incident is 15-25 times bigger than care in patient report in hospital. Purpose of
this research for know the using of antibiotic to patient. Thypoid fever in
Purbalingga Hospital was suitable with the standard therapy that use and for
know if there is medicine interaction that appear from thypoid fever in pediatric
patient. The study was conducted using retrospective and descriptive analysis of
non-analytic medical record data. The whole samples were collected in a total
amount of 117 samples.
The result showed the number of patients that most children were 106
(90,6%) patients. The result showed that the number of man 68 (58,12%) patients.
Suitability of antibiotics with SPM RSUD Purbalingga 30,77%, with SPM PAPDI
80,34%. Suitability of the dose based on SPM RSUD Purbalingga 64,95%, with
67,42% SPM PAPDI. Suitability mode of duration of antibiotics can not be
analyzed for conformance with the standar therapy used. The medicine
interaction which happened is between antibiotic penisilin with kloramfenikol and
between kloramfenikol with PCT.
