Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze : (1) the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure to the corporate value, (2) the effect of corporate social responsibility to the corporate value with profitability as moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research, the sample in this research was mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2015 with 65 observation data. The data collection technique used in this research was purposive sampling, and the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistic test, classic assumption test, simple linier regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that the corporate social responsibility disclosure had positive and significant effection to the corporate value and profitability was not able to moderate the correlation between corporate social responsibility disclosure and the corporate value.
